WHAT IS BACANORA?
It's a Sonora, Mexico's small producers' distilled beverage made from the agave plant. The plant's care through years until its maturation and the focus on every detail in order to give the smoky and balanced flavors convert this family tradition into a truly Sonoran art.

Bacanora has a distinctive sweetness, smoky flavor and herbal aroma due to its handmade elaboration method in which underground ovens are used to burn the plant leaves. Altogehter, steam ovens are used for the production of the other beverages giving them a neutral flavor;
